Seeking an Accountant with 3-6 years of Tax and Audit experience, with exposure to various audits, tax and accounting areas.

Job Duties:

• Preparation of Financial statements (bookkeeping) using Accounting CS or QuickBooks) for clients – monthly, quarterly
• Prepare sales tax returns – monthly, quarterly for different states and make pre-payments
• Prepare tax returns – individual, corporation, partnership, non-profit
• Prepare payroll returns – quarterly
• Prepare business property tax
• Representation of clients' businesses before Federal and all States Tax authorities for audit and examination
• Preparation of Audited financials of 401k and other Employees' Pension plans of the business entities
• International tax filing and compliances
• Another task from time to time
• Must be computer literate with excellent communication skills.
