Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for transforming data into insights that will drive business

growth and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various

departments to understand their data needs, collect and clean data, perform analysis,

and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities

 Data Collection & Management: Gather data from primary and secondary

sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and maintain the integrity and

security of these datasets.

 Data Cleaning & Preparation: Clean and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy,

completeness, and consistency, identifying and correcting any code errors or

inconsistencies.

 Data Analysis & Interpretation: Use statistical tools and methods to analyze

complex data sets, interpret trends and patterns, and provide valuable insights.

 Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data

visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to

technical and non-technical audiences.

 Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with management, engineers, and

other teams (e.g., marketing, finance) to prioritize business needs and implement

data-driven solutions.

 Process Improvement: Identify and define new process improvement

opportunities related to data collection, analysis, and reporting systems.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

 Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics,

Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
