Position Overview:

As a General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the crew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our General Managers are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there.

To ensure that guests receive the best service and food each and every time, we need enthusiastic, positive and motivated leaders. This is where our General Managers comes in. You are the face of our brand and the glue that keeps our team whole.

General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
  • Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
  • Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
  • Recognize and reward excellent performance
  • Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
  • Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
  • Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
  • Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
  • Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more
  • Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
  • Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs

Job Requirements:

Minimum

  • 2 years previous management/supervisory experience
  • Passion for living a healthy life
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment
  • Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
  • Able to work at least 40-45 hours per week, including weekends

Preferred

  • Management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, $75,000.00 per year
