Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-

paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing

experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and

beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable time at our establishment.

Duties

 Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and

information about daily specials.

 Take accurate food and drink orders using the point-of-sale systems.

 Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.

 Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets

restaurant standards.

 Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or

requests promptly.

 Process payments accurately using the POS system, ensuring all transactions

are handled efficiently.

 Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service

stations.

 Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and

communicate any special requests from guests.

 Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining

environment.

Skills

 Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.

 Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks

simultaneously.

 Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly

manner.

 Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; willingness to learn new systems is

essential.

 Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive guest

experience.

 Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health

regulations.
