Production Operator

• Machine Operation & Production:
• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery (e.g., injection molding, CNC machines, presses, robotic cells, assembly lines).
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments to equipment to maintain output and quality.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for each production run.

• Assembly & Fabrication:

• Assemble automotive parts using hand tools, pneumatic tools, or automated equipment.
• Conduct tasks such as trimming, welding, fastening, sealing, or finishing components as required.

• Handle raw materials and finished products with care to prevent damage.

• Quality Assurance:

• Inspect parts for defects using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and visual checks.
• Document quality issues and report deviations from standards to the supervisor.

• Participate in quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Safety & Compliance:

• Adhere to all company safety policies, including PPE requirements and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S principles).

• Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or incidents immediately.

• Production Support:

• Assist with material handling, including loading/unloading raw materials and transporting finished goods.
• Support inventory counts and maintain accurate production logs.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production targets.

Pay: $ $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 66.0 per week
