Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Program Therapist to join our team at Real Deal Therapy and Wellness. Our ideal candidate is a skilled mental health professional with a passion for helping others, a strong ability to develop therapeutic rapport, and the drive to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality care. As a Program Therapist, you will play a key role in the treatment of individuals, providing individual and group counseling services while addressing mental health, addiction issues, family dynamics, self-esteem, and life and coping skills. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling services to patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Assess patients' mental health needs and work to develop a therapeutic rapport.
  • Address issues related to mental health disorders, family dynamics, self-esteem, life skills, and other personal challenges.
  • Maintain a caseload of patients, managing progress and adjusting treatment goals as necessary.
  • Contribute to the overall patient recovery process by helping patients work toward their goals for change.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current Texas license as a mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Provisionally licensed individuals (LPC-associate, MSW, LMFT-associate) are encouraged to apply.
  • A minimum of a master's degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience in mental health and addiction is required. However, training is available for less experienced clinicians.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Details:

  • Full-time position with hours from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Pay range: $52,000 - $70,000, based on experience and credentials.
  • Full-time employees (32+ hours) are eligible for benefits after 45 days, including paid time off and paid holidays.
