- Willingness and ability to travel between project sites throughout Northeast Ohio (approx. 75% of the time).
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance.
- Must pass background and drug testing (including marijuana).
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a growing company with hands-on involvement in impactful renovation projects.
- Work directly with the construction manager, gaining valuable experience in the property management and construction fields.
- If you're someone who enjoys being the backbone of a project team—keeping the details organized, the paperwork accurate, and the progress moving forward—we'd love to hear from you.
