Family First Comfort is a locally owned, family-operated HVAC company serving South Fort Worth and surrounding communities. We are growing and looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician who values quality work, honest communication, and long-term career growth.

Compensation

• $60,000 to $120,000+ annually
• Commission-based pay with performance bonuses

What You Will Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Strive to perform at the highest level of commitment and customer care
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and efficiency options
• Document work performed, system conditions, and recommendations in CRM systems like Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan.
• Follow safety, quality, and company standards on every call

What You Bring

• EPA Universal Certification required
• Honesty, Integrity, Strong Leadership and Trust
• Strong Communicator, Previous Leadership experience preferred
• Active TDLR HVAC License preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
• Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Undergo Pre Employment Screening, Drug Testing and Background Check
• CRM system experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders and work in attics and outdoor conditions
• Comfortable working in Texas heat and seasonal weather
• Safe onsite job behavior at all times must maintain safety standards set by leadership.

Work Location: In person
Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts M-F
• Overtime available
• Weekends as needed
• On-call rotation as scheduled

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
