If you're a Data Analyst who loves turning messy data into clear insights that actually influence business decisions, this is a role where your work will
really
matter.

You'll join a fast-growing tech company expanding rapidly in the U.S. market, and you'll have a direct hand in shaping how the business understands its customers, products, and performance.

This is a small team with no bureaucracy, where ownership and autonomy are mission-critical. Your analysis will be seen, used, and appreciated. If you want ownership, visibility, and the chance to grow fast, you'll feel right at home.

  • Clear career runway:
The business is profitable and thinking big; your contributions will directly tie into its future success.
  • Balanced hybrid work:
In-office three days a week for collaboration, two days remote for focus time.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building clean, useful dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL.
  • Digging into customer behavior (
    acquisition, retention, and churn
) to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Translating complex analysis into simple, compelling stories for non-technical teams.
  • Leading data projects from idea to delivery with plenty of independence.
  • Partnering with product, growth, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives.

You won't be just "pulling numbers." You'll be helping shape how the entire company thinks.

    2+ years
    of experience as a
Data Analyst in a product-driven environment
    (SaaS or e-commerce is ideal).
  • You're comfortable with
    Power BI + SQL
and enjoy building clean dashboards and reliable models.
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy presenting insights to people who don't speak data.
  • You work well independently and like
    owning your projects end-to-end
    .
  • You're excited about joining a
    small, high-ownership team
where you can genuinely influence the direction of analytics.
