Position Overview

As a Barista at COLOMBINO, you are more than a drink maker — you are an experience ambassador. You will prepare coffee and cacao beverages, serve traditional Colombian snacks, and help create a welcoming environment where customers feel connected to the culture behind every cup.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso, brewed coffee, cacao drinks, and specialty beverages
• Follow COLOMBINO's recipes, brewing standards, and quality control procedures
• Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service
• Educate customers on Colombian coffee, ingredients, and menu offerings when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, café, and prep areas
• Manage ingredients responsibly (FIFO, waste reduction, inventory awareness)
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive work environment
