About

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support (in-person, phone, email, ticketing system)

Diagnose and resolve desktop/laptop hardware issues (CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, monitors, docks, peripherals)

Image, configure, deploy, and replace workstations, laptops, and accessories

Perform hardware installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMACs)

Support LAN connectivity, including:

Ethernet cabling, patch panels, wall ports

Switch and access point connectivity troubleshooting

Basic IP, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity issues

Troubleshoot VPN and remote user connectivity

Configure and support printers, copiers, IP phones, scanners, and mobile devices

Set up new user accounts, hardware, and access permissions

Track, document, and escalate incidents while meeting SLA targets

Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation

Deliver professional, customer-focused support to all departments

Requirements

Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience

1–4 years of hands-on IT support experience

Strong experience with PC/Mac hardware troubleshooting

Working knowledge of LAN/WAN fundamentals

Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365

Familiarity with VPN and remote support tools

Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
