Sales Representative

Ramey's provides Landscape spray and Pest control services to clients in the Post Falls, CDA and Hayden areas. We are the highest rated Landscape spray company in North Idaho and voted Best Professional Lawn Care company 3 years running. Our most popular services are lawn fertilization and weed control, shrub bed/bare ground weed control, tree and shrub care and pest control. We are seeking an honest, self-motivated sales professional who will help us gain at least 1000 new clients each year. Knowledge of our industry is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will receive the majority of leads that come to our office and through our website but is expected to generate their own leads by reaching out to property managers, business owners, facilities maintenance personnel, etc. Candidate must be willing and able to measure lawns and other sites to determine square footage and calculate pricing. A current drivers license and clean driving record are required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or business development role

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships

• Gain a knowledge of services offered by Ramey's in order to answer client questions

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

• Experience in
