Join our cutting-edge Smart Agents team, where you'll help innovate and develop state-of-the-art ML and RL models essential for advancing autonomous vehicle technology. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing training processes, enhancing integration, and building a robust ML infrastructure that enables rapid experimentation and seamless deployment of production models. What You Will Do: Collaborate closely with the team to develop and enhance machine learning (ML) and reinforcement learning (RL) models, with a strong focus on training loop development and optimization. Improve integration processes and establish essential ML infrastructure, including metrics and data pipelines, to facilitate efficient deployment and experimentation. Leverage your software engineering skills to accelerate project timelines for Autopilot, Lane Keep, and other autonomous vehicle technologies. Utilize your experience in simulation and robotics, ideally from an autonomous vehicle or robotics background. Your Skills & Abilities: Minimum of 4 years of experience in robotics or latency-sensitive backend services. Experience working with machine learning teams, algorithms, and models. Bonus:
Demonstrated success in building high-performance ML and system pipelines. Proficient in modern C++ or Python programming languages. Bonus:
Familiarity with profiling CPU/GPU software and process scheduling. A strong passion for self-driving car technology and its transformative potential. Expertise in designing scalable, efficient, and fault-tolerant architectures. Ability to navigate multiple systems with a broad understanding of various technologies. Adaptable in taking on different roles, including coding, design, and mentorship, while exercising excellent judgment in prioritization. Experience deploying perception, prediction, or AV models in real-world environments. Knowledge of reinforcement learning and sequence prediction models. Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $134,000 to $205,000, depending on your experience. The compensation package includes an incentive pay program based on individual and company performance, along with a comprehensive benefits program covering medical, dental, vision care, and more. This role qualifies for relocation benefits.
