About
You will be the Cyber Software Engineer Ascending Manager for the Program Protection Organization. Our team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Anti-Tamper and embedded Cybersecurity across Missiles and Fire Control. As the Cyber Software Engineer Ascending Manager you will be responsible for leading the cyber systems security engineering effort within the Program Protection Organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Define and implement security architecture for missile and fire-control systems. Guide anti-tamper and embedded cybersecurity design reviews. Collaborate with product development teams to integrate security controls early in the lifecycle. Mentor and develop engineering talent in cyber and anti-tamper domains. Ensure compliance with classification, export, and security regulations. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. Basic Qualifications: Must currently hold a DoD Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this position Bachelors degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education Experience working within the DoD systems development life-cycle (SDLC) Experience leading teams of Cybersecurity engineering Experience supporting validation and verification of security requirements on DoD systems Desired Skills: Designing, development, documents, testing, and maintaining full spectrum cyber solutions Developing and automating secure systems to support cyber offensive, defense and full spectrum cyber operations Conducting vulnerability research, reverse engineering, penetration testing (red/blue teams) Developing and integrating low-level firmware, and/or develops specialized cyber software solutions and tools based on mission requirements Embedded Systems knowledge to conduct research to evaluate potential vulnerabilities and develop new capabilities to exploit and/or mitigate vulnerabilities Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
