Develop strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions Handle inbound sales, close deals, and process payments Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs Develop leads and referrals through excellent service Create and execute basic marketing and follow-up plans Strive to achieve monthly sales quotas Communicate clearly and professionally with customers using best practices in customer service Qualifications
