We're a modern, LIHTC apartment community entering our exciting third year. With a thriving resident base, stunning shared spaces, and a commitment to exceptional living, we're looking for a Community Manager who can help us elevate the resident experience and keep our community buzzing with energy, warmth, and engagement.
What You'll Do
As our Community Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the property — the go-to leader who keeps residents happy, operations smooth, and the community thriving. Expect to:
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and make everyone feel at home
- Lead leasing efforts and keep occupancy high
- Oversee day-to-day operations with professionalism and creativity
- Partner with maintenance to ensure the community always looks its best
- Manage budgets, vendors, and reporting with confidence
- Create a positive team culture and champion exceptional service
What You Bring
- A passion for people and genuine love for community-building
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in property management or hospitality (preferred but not required)
- A self-starter mindset with a knack for problem solving

Essential Duties
- Ensure complexes and vacancies are ready for showings and move-in dates.
- Effectively communicate property features and amenities to all prospects.
- Answer questions to all prospects and potential applicants in a timely manner.
- Conduct showings of vacant units to all interested prospects.
- Greet all walk-in traffic during open office hours and attend to all needs, questions, or complaints.
- Address resident concerns and all maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Process all paperwork in accordance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements for new applicants, recertifications, and renewals.
- Generate, distribute, and monitor renewal notices and follow up accordingly.
- Coordinate and process all lease paperwork for all move in and move outs.
