Project Manager

We're hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to manage custom home and residential renovation projects from estimating through completion. This role combines preconstruction estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to deliver high-quality residential builds from design and permitting through final project delivery.

What You'll Do

• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for custom homes and renovation projects
• Manage projects from design and permitting through construction and closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, inspections, and material deliveries
• Track schedules, budgets, job costs, and change orders
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress
• Communicate with homeowners, designers, and internal teams to manage scope and expectations

Requirements

• Experience in custom home building or residential renovation project management and estimating
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and cost control
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid organizational, scheduling, and budgeting skills
• Ability to read and interpret residential construction drawings
• Professional, client-facing communication skills
