In this role you will plan and execute high impact projects while supporting ongoing cross-functional operations. Whether a new capability or enhancing an awesome feature, you will own your work and deliver the most elegant and scalable solutions. You will work closely with our Product Team and other cross-functional development teams to design and implement world class solutions./ppThe ideal candidate for this role is technically savvy, analytical, and process-oriented, with a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems. They should possess extensive experience in leading complex application development projects, mentoring engineering teams, and driving technical innovation. You must anticipate and embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems in a fast-paced environment. Were looking for someone who is a self-starter, willing to perform a variety of responsibilities and would be comfortable working with cross-functional teams. This position is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the Hospitality industry and have an immediate and meaningful impact./ph3What Youll Do/h3pBuild and maintain our Sales and Service Clouds and integrations with upstream and downstream consumers in mind./ppCollaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in backend development tools and technologies./ppOwn/support CRM Release Management and contribute to the improvement of Evolves CI/CD pipelines, GIT repositories, automated testing and additional quality gates throughout the application lifecycle./ppPerform collaboration duties such as design reviews, code reviews, and technical documentation for peers./ppExecute on engineering and release priorities successfully through strong leadership and communication./ph3What Makes You A Great Fit/h3p10+ years of development experience./ppDemonstrated expertise in architecting, designing and implementing solutions in a highly integrated, enterprise scale, multi-technology environment./ppComfortable partnering with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines./ppExperience leading design and code reviews./ppExpertise working in an Agile Scrum environment while driving continuous improvement of team maturity./ppYou have a knack for finding solutions to problems - and using a full arsenal of debugging tools./ppYou have built your own custom tools to help you automate tasks./ppExperience with Git version control and repository management in Gitlab./ppExperience creating solution designs integrating with APIs./ppDemonstrated experience integrating with 3rd Party tools, APIs, and other web services./ph3Location/h3pEvolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both!/ph3Compensation/h3pFor this role our salary range is $160,000 to $208,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance./p/div
