Key job responsibilities
• Evaluate system architecture through comprehensive testing; applying systems engineering fundamentals
• Lead integration efforts for computer vision hardware, collaborating with HW, ME, platform, EE, and SW teams
• Oversee system design, test, and debug of complex hardware technologies focusing on requirements, interfaces, and performance
• Develop system validation strategies for manufacturing, system bring-up, and evaluation
• Analyze requirements, break down complex issues, and collaborate across teams to resolve integration challenges promptly
• Lead architecture reviews between development teams and suppliers, ensuring proper interface management
• Assess supplier capabilities with focus on system integration, provide risk mitigation, and conduct impact assessments
• Analyze EV and PV build data from systems perspective, present performance summaries, and adjust specifications based on findings
• Lead troubleshooting across software, firmware, and hardware domains, identifying root causes and engaging partners for resolution
• Support integration activities at manufacturing facilities and Fulfillment Centers, ensuring successful system deployment
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent, or 5+ years of manufacturing equipment development experience
- Experience developing test strategies and plans for complex hardware/software systems or systems of systems
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities and experience in managing and troublshooting network
- Experience in supply chain, commodity, and supplier management in a high volume, global sourcing and operations manufacturing environment with a global supply base of contract manufacturers
- Experience with computer vision hardware systems and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools
- Experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
