Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing large volumes of data with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in data entry, database management, and office software will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data across various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems with speed and accuracy.
  • Perform data collection, transcription, and verification tasks to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Utilize computer skills to operate office software such as Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables and performing basic math calculations.
  • Organize, file, and archive physical and electronic documents systematically for easy retrieval.
  • Support order entry processes by accurately inputting information into relevant systems while adhering to organizational procedures.
  • Assist in generating reports by compiling data from multiple sources and ensuring consistency across datasets.
  • Maintain high standards of data security, confidentiality, and quality control throughout all processing activities.
  • Managing Inbound and Outbound communications.
  • Providing front line communication support
  • Providing fleet communications

Qualifications

  • Proven clerical or administrative experience with a strong focus on data entry and office organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, and basic math functions.
  • Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and office software tools.
  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy; experience with transcription is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for data analysis and verification purposes.
