As our business grows, we're looking for experienced Trailer Mechanics to join our 1st and 2nd shift teams. If you're skilled in diagnosing and repairing trailers and want to work in a shop that values your expertise, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair dry vans, flatbeds, reefers, and other trailer types
• Repair air brake systems, suspensions, lighting, and electrical systems
• Service landing gear, doors, floors, roof panels, and bodywork
• Complete DOT inspections and related documentation
• Perform welding and minor fabrication (preferred but not required)
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and findings
• Operate safely and efficiently in a clean, team-focused environment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of trailer repair experience (preferred)
• Strong skills in air brake, suspension, and lighting system repairs
• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Must bring your own tools
• Ability to lift, kneel, bend, and work in and around trailers and equipment

What We Offer

Compensation & Schedule

• $26 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
• $1/hour shift differential for 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)
• 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Optional weekend/holiday work — no mandatory weekends
