Installer/Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Installer/Laborer to join our team. This role involves installing and maintaining various systems and equipment, ensuring quality workmanship, and supporting project completion. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Duties

• Assist with the installation of Modular or structural components according to specifications
• Use electric hand tools
• Prepare work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout projects
• Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and resolving installation issues
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials as required for various projects
• Document work progress and report any issues or delays to supervisors

Skills

• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, and working in various environments
• Effective communication skills for teamwork and reporting issues
• Prior experience in installation or labor roles is preferred but not mandatory
