Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily warehouse and distribution center operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with our strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will be an analytical problem-solver with strong leadership skills, eager to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability and excellence across all departments in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Operation Manager Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine operational systems, processes, and procedures to enhance throughput, picking accuracy, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency within the warehouse environment.
- Resource Management: Manage the allocation and utilization of personnel , equipment, and technology to ensure optimal output and project completion within established budgets and deadlines.
- Supply Chain & Inventory: Oversee supply chain activities, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory management, and logistics, to balance demand and minimize holding costs while maintaining inventory accuracy metrics .
- Quality & Compliance: Set and monitor quality assurance standards for products/services and ensure all operations adhere to relevant OSHA regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements specific to warehouse environments.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate on budget development, monitor operational costs (e.g., cost per unit shipped), analyze financial data and KPIs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and increased profitability.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise cross-functional teams, coordinating communication between departments and collaborating with HR on staffing, training, and development initiatives.
- Problem-Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the flow of goods, developing and implementing creative, scalable solutions in a timely manner.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous sales and/or Business development experience
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
- Creativity to find new revenue streams with existing and future brands
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or 5+ years of proven success in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in operational software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60, $80,000.00 per year
