In this role, you'll partner with our Vision and Aesthetic divisions to ensure customers get the support, materials, and experience they need to be successful with Lumenis products. Basic Job Purpose
The Life Cycle Marketer plays a critical, customer-facing role in supporting our Vision and Aesthetic divisions. This position ensures our customers receive timely follow-up, high-quality marketing materials, and a seamless experience after the sale. This is a highly visible role that works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to strengthen relationships, elevate customer satisfaction, and support the momentum of our teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for post-sales support across both the Vision and Aesthetic divisions.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience following product purchase.
- Coordinate and deliver marketing materials, including brochures, digital assets, and product support tools.
- Partner closely with Sales to understand pipeline activity and proactively prepare for upcoming customer needs and events.
- Track and manage customer requests to ensure timely follow-up and high-quality responsiveness.
- Support product launches, customer trainings, and regional events by ensuring the right materials and information are in place.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, and Service teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth handoffs.
- Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and elevate the overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in post-sales support, customer success, commercial operations, or a similar role-medical device experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and the dynamics of supporting sales teams.
- High energy, proactive mindset, and the ability to take initiative with minimal direction.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and take ownership from start to finish.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, digital tools, and standard office applications.
Technical Skills & Additional Requirements
- Adobe Creative Cloud expertise (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with Canva or similar digital editing tools
- Video editing skills (preferred)
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce and HubSpot required)
- Experience in social media marketing or private practice marketing (e.g., medspa experience is a strong plus)
