Elmcrest Country Club is a private, member-focused country club offering a first-class recreational and social experience in a relaxed, family-friendly environment. Our aquatics team plays a key role in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable pool experience for members and their guests.

Position Summary
We are seeking responsible, attentive, and certified Lifeguards to oversee the safety of members and guests at our pool facilities. Lifeguards are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, provide excellent service, and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers
• Enforce pool rules and club policies courteously and consistently
• Recognize and respond to emergency situations promptly
• Administer first aid and CPR/AED when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly pool environment
• Conduct routine safety checks of pool and rescue equipment
• Provide friendly, member-focused service at all times

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent)
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification
• Strong swimming and rescue skills
• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Previous lifeguarding or aquatic experience preferred
