Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support our office operations and help maintain smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork (titles, documents, and administrative records).
- Manage and maintain office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Assist in multitasking across multiple office projects and operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for office processes.
- Provide support to management and other team members as needed.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and resources.
Requirements:
- Must have a Green Card or valid Work Permit (required).
- Fluent in computer use, including MS Office, scanning, and electronic document management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in an office administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.

- Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), scanning, and digital file management.
- Administrative Skills: Filing, document organization, correspondence handling.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple office and operational tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
