The Role: Maintaining Excellence

You will be responsible for ensuring every inch of our facility—from the spa to the dining rooms—meets our rigorous cleanliness standards.

• Comprehensive Cleaning:
  Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing across locker rooms, spas, dining areas, lounges, and offices.
• Restocking & Inventory:
  Ensure restrooms and locker rooms are always fully stocked with luxury amenities and supplies.
• Waste Management:
  Efficiently handle trash removal and ensure all bins are clean and lined.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Strictly follow all hygiene procedures and safety protocols.
• Facility Advocacy:
  Act as an extra set of eyes by reporting any maintenance or repair issues to management immediately.
• Special Projects:
  Support deep-cleaning initiatives and special projects as needed to maintain the facility's "like-new" condition.

What You Bring to the Team

• Professionalism:
  A refined appearance and a punctual, team-oriented mindset.
• Experience:
  Previous cleaning experience is preferred, specifically in hospitality, high-end gyms, hotels, or private clubs.
• Physical Capability:
  Ability to stand for long periods and safely perform lifting, bending, and reaching tasks.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays to support our members.
• Attention to Detail:
  An uncompromising eye for cleanliness and presentation.
