The Role

Pellizzi & Co. is looking for a
Creative Intern focused on social media
to support our design team and help bring ideas to life across digital channels.

This role is hands-on and collaborative. You'll work directly with our two graphic designers to create visual content for
social media and email
, while learning how modern creative teams blend traditional design skills with emerging tools to work faster, smarter, and more creatively.

It's an opportunity to gain real agency experience—not just executing tasks, but seeing how creative work connects to strategy, clients, and measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Assist in creating graphics for social media and email campaigns
• Work alongside graphic designers to support active client projects
• Learn how to combine your own design skills with AI-assisted creative tools to expand concepts and speed up execution
• Help adapt creative for different platforms and formats
• Participate in creative reviews and team discussions
• Gain exposure to how agencies collaborate with clients and evaluate creative effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools)
• Interest in social media, digital content, and brand storytelling
• Curiosity about how AI can support and enhance creative work
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and collaborate
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
