Now Hiring: Value Stream Manager/Production Supervisor (1st Shift)

Location: Anderson, SC
Position Pay Range: $65, $98, salaried position)

What You'll Do:

Run the floor like a pro—ensure production stays on schedule and up to standard

Be a coach—train and mentor team members for long-term success

Keep an eye on the numbers—track safety, quality, productivity, and cost

Team up with scheduling to plan workflows and meet daily goals

Drive continuous improvement—welcome ideas and make processes better

Keep safety first—identify and fix hazards before they become problems

Hold the team to high standards and celebrate wins

Spot performance issues early and handle them with fairness and clarity

Keep things clean and visual—maintain 5S, CANDO, and visual factory systems

Be the link between the floor and improvement teams—share ideas that work

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role

Strong understanding of production operations and leadership best practices

Confident communicator with solid organizational and people skills

Hands-on, proactive, and ready to problem-solve on the spot

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
