Job Description

Novara Construction is hiring an experienced Construction Site Supervisor / Construction Project Manager to manage and oversee multiple active job sites in the Miami area. This role is ideal for a hands-on field supervisor with strong general construction knowledge and proven experience managing crews, materials, and schedules.

Candidates with backgrounds as a Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, Construction Manager, or Project Manager are encouraged to apply.

Construction Site Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction job site operations
• Manage construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Coordinate and order construction materials and supplies
• Pick up materials as needed and manage site logistics
• Ensure construction projects stay on schedule and on budget
• Enforce job site safety standards and quality control
• Communicate project updates with management and clients
• Assist hands-on with general construction work when required
• Manage multiple construction projects and priorities

Construction Project Manager Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site supervision or construction project management
• Strong general construction knowledge (remodeling, trades, or general contracting)
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Ability to lift and carry construction materials (50+ lbs)
• Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to be hands-on and work in the field

Preferred Construction Experience

• Residential or commercial construction projects
• Managing subcontractors and construction schedules
• Material ordering and job site coordination
• General contracting, remodeling, or trade experience
