Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wheel Alignment Technician to join our automotive service team. This role involves performing precise wheel alignments and related vehicle maintenance tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance, along with a strong mechanical aptitude. Prior dealership or service technician experience is highly preferred. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment dedicated to quality service and customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform wheel alignments using specialized diagnostic and alignment equipment to meet manufacturer specifications
  • Conduct vehicle inspections, including tire service, oil changes, and general maintenance tasks
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to repair and maintain vehicles efficiently
  • Diagnose automotive issues related to suspension, steering, and alignment systems
  • Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times
  • Support the team with heavy lifting and other physical tasks necessary for vehicle servicing
  • Ensure all work complies with dealership or company standards for quality and safety

Experience

  • Dealership experience or prior work as an automotive service technician is highly desirable
  • Proven mechanic experience with a focus on automotive diagnostics and repairs
  • Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, tire services, and general repairs
  • Experience using alignment equipment, hand tools, power tools, and other automotive service tools
  • Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during vehicle servicing tasks
  • Prior sales experience related to automotive services is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $32.67 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
