Job Summary:
Join our dedicated warehouse team in Durham, North Carolina, as a Material Handler. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution network. You will be responsible for moving, stocking, and preparing materials and products for shipment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Transport materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
  • Stack, store, and organize inventory in designated locations.
  • Pick and pack orders with accuracy.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Perform regular checks on equipment and report any issues.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts.
  • Requires the ability to handle lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
