Job Summary:
Come join our expansive Distribution Center in Baltimore, Maryland as a Distribution Center Associate! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to support our daily logistics operations. This role is multifaceted, involving tasks such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, ensuring that products reach our customers efficiently and accurately. Safety is our top priority, and we expect all associates to actively participate in maintaining a secure workplace.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
  • Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor, work areas, and common spaces.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be dedicated to maintaining a safe working environment.
