Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic Distribution Center Associates for our busy facility in Dallas, Texas. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for a wide range of warehouse activities essential to the smooth operation of our distribution network. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders with precision, packing and preparing goods for shipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Efficiently stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision, often using RF scanners.
  • Prepare shipments, ensuring correct labeling and packaging standards are met.
  • Operate material handling equipment as required, following all Safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, contributing to overall warehouse hygiene.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, Safety procedures, and use of required PPE.
  • Participate in inventory control activities such as cycle counts and stock takes.
  • Must be capable of consistent Lifting of items up to a specified weight.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar logistics role is a strong asset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks, including Lifting.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of workplace Safety practices.
