Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise accurately and efficiently in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
- Must wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
