Are you detail-oriented and looking for an active role? We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our facility in Tampa, Florida. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This includes locating items in the warehouse, scanning them, and packaging them securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Your efficiency directly impacts our customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our Logistics. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be a critical part of our fulfillment process. Attention to detail is crucial for minimizing errors and ensuring order accuracy. We prioritize workplace Safety, and adherence to all protocols, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role involves significant Lifting and moving of products throughout the day. Join our team and help us deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Inspect items for damage before packaging.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages for shipment.
- Replenish inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all Safety and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists/scanner instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting and bending.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and use of PPE.
