Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently pick products based on customer orders. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety. - Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets or electronic scanners.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory counts.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Ensure the correct use of PPE throughout the shift.
- Meet or exceed daily picking quotas.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting tasks (up to 40 lbs).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Understanding of Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
- Reliability and punctuality.
