Job Summary:
Become a key player in our Logistics network as an Order Picker in Denver, Colorado! We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our fulfillment team. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently pick products based on customer orders. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing to the timely delivery of goods. We provide thorough training on our systems, procedures, and Safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.   • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets or electronic scanners.
  • Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
  • Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with stock rotation and inventory counts.
  • Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
  • Ensure the correct use of PPE throughout the shift.
  • Meet or exceed daily picking quotas.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous order picking experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform moderate Lifting tasks (up to 40 lbs).
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics.
  • Understanding of Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
