We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Houston, Texas. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods within our state-of-the-art facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be paramount in maintaining the integrity of our inventory. We operate in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
