Role Summary
We are seeking a
DevOps Engineer
to design and implement end-to-end DevOps and SRE solutions supporting enterprise-scale initiatives. This role will enhance automation, observability, and deployment efficiency across cloud and on-prem environments, driving modernization and continuous improvement in CI/CD, monitoring, and API integration within a hybrid infrastructure setup.
Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate deployments and ensure observability. Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible). Develop monitoring and alerting strategies using Grafana, Prometheus, and DataDog. Ensure compliance and security best practices across the DevOps lifecycle. Integrate API Management tools (Apigee, Kong, Microsoft APIM) into enterprise solutions. Support SRE practices for reliability and scalability within production systems. Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps Foundation, and SRE concepts. Proven experience with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge in API management solutions (Apigee, Kong, or APIM). Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible). Familiarity with Auth0 authentication and RBAC implementation. Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Certifications
Required:
DevOps Foundation Certification (DevOps Institute or equivalent) Preferred:
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert, or Google Professional DevOps Engineer Additional Notes
Candidate must be eligible to work in the U.S. Strong background in banking or financial technology is a plus. English fluency required; Portuguese is preferred.
