Job Summary:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our outside sales team and work closely with our channel partners to generate new leads and sales opportunities. This role is critical to the success of our sales efforts, as you will assist in qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between sales reps, partners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Development
- Qualify inbound leads through phone calls, emails, and discovery conversations.
- Conduct research on target accounts to identify key contacts, business needs, and buying timelines.
- Generate new opportunities through outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, sequences, and social engagement).
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the CRM.
Prospect Engagement
- Serve as a first point of contact for prospective clients, providing introductory information and answering initial questions.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the outside sales team.
- Follow up with prospects in various pipeline stages to drive engagement and move opportunities forward.
