Job Summary

We are seeking professional, results-focused Sales Representatives to support our brand presence within high-traffic retail environments. This role centers on direct customer engagement, product knowledge to help guide customers toward the right wireless products and services. We operate independently while representing our clients with credibility and precision.

You will interact with customers inside established retail locations, delivering a refined sales experience that reflects the standards of both our brand and our retail partners. This position is ideal for individuals who are confident, disciplined, and skilled in face-to-face sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers within partnered retail locations to identify needs and deliver informed product recommendations.
  • Represent client brands with professionalism through clear communication and product demonstrations.
  • Drive sales through consultative conversations rather than transactional retail interactions.
  • Accurately process customer information and complete sales using approved systems and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional presence within retail environments while operating independently of store staff.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to meet performance objectives and client expectations.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service by addressing questions and concerns with discretion and efficiency.
  • Support team development by assisting with training or mentoring new representatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in sales, customer engagement, or client-facing roles preferred.
  • Confidence in conducting product demonstrations and value-based conversations.
  • Strong communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Results-oriented mindset with an understanding of ethical upselling.
  • Ability to operate effectively within partner retail locations while maintaining brand independence.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability in dynamic, customer-facing environments.

The Opportunity

This role offers exposure to high-volume customer interactions, structured sales training, and clear performance metrics—without traditional retail scheduling or store operations. We value individuals who approach sales with professionalism, accountability, and long-term growth in mind.

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
