Busser/Host

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements as the first point of contact
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
• Assist servers by bussing tables and delivering food or beverages when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies
• Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and catering setup when required
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries courteously and promptly
• Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cleaning, bussing, serving, and food handling procedures is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
• Experience working in hotels or the food industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
