Pharmacy Technician

We are looking for a new team member with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Pharmacy experience desirable, but not required. Additionally you will be required to train as a pharmacy technician. The emphasis on this position will be assisting pharmacists and communicating with our long term care partners. Bloomington Drug is a family-owned independent retail pharmacy that specializes in compounding and medication packaging. We require our team members to possess excellent communication and customer service skills. We provide a friendly and fast paced work environment. Customer service both on phones and at check out counter

Receiving prescription orders

Processing of prescription orders

Inventory management

Updating files

Verbal and electronic communications
