Responsibilities

  • Oversee and participate in daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality food delivery;
  • Lead, train, and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain operational excellence;
  • Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to foster a motivated team;
  • Ensure compliance with healthy and safety regulations are followed, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures;
  • Control inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage food production to minimize waste;
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast; oversee cash handling procedures.

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing fast-paced quick service or fast food restaurants;
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training, team management, and interviewing candidates;
  • Expertise in food safety standards, inventory control, and kitchen management practices;
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and promptly;
  • Background in hospitality management with experience in fine dining or casual dining environments;
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, foster development, and drive operational success..
