Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Countertop Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of countertops, including granite, quartz, marble, and laminate, ensuring precise fit and finish. Your expertise will help transform spaces by delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction. Duties

  • Measure, cut, fabricate, and install countertops with precision using hand tools and power tools
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying sealants or adhesives as needed
  • Operate heavy equipment and specialized machinery for fabrication or installation tasks
  • Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other trades to coordinate installation schedules
  • Perform construction inspection to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols
  • Complete detailed documentation of work performed and any adjustments required during installation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in countertop installation or related construction trades such as carpentry or masonry
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction management principles
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques
  • Familiarity with construction estimating, inspection processes, and restoration work
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, drywall finishing, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application or roofing is a plus
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety compliance
