Weekend Entry Level Sales Rep | No Experience Needed + Paid Training

BathWorks of Michigan is looking for hungry, people-first individuals who want to grow their career in sales or marketing. As a Weekend Sales Rep, you'll represent Michigan's fastest-growing Jacuzzi dealer at community events, festivals, and home shows across the state. We specialize in one day bath remodels that transform homes and lives, and you'll be the one helping homeowners take the first step.

What You'll Do

Represent BathWorks at local events and festivals (training provided)

Greet and engage with attendees about their home remodeling goals

Share our story and help schedule free in-home consultations

Assist with booth setup and teardown — teamwork makes the dream work

What We're Looking For

Outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys talking to people

Weekend availability (Friday–Sunday, some travel required)

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to grow

No experience required — we'll teach you everything you need to know

What You'll Get

$21–$32/hr on-target earnings (base pay + performance bonus)
