ServiceNow Integration Architect

Location:
 Remote within Wisconsin (must be current Wisconsin Resident)

Contract Duration:
 Through 4/30/26 (extensions possible)

Pay Rate:
 $55-62/hour

Interview:
 Microsoft Teams

Role Overview

Lead 
ServiceNow implementation
projects, bridging 
business stakeholders
 and 
technical teams.
 Ensure requirements are clear, configurations follow best practices, and solutions deliver measurable 
process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate 
    business requirements
     into
    functional specifications.
  • Configure 
    ServiceNow
    using 
    out-of-box tools
     (forms, workflows, approvals).
  • Coordinate
    testing, UAT,
     and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with developers and architects for scalable solutions.
  • Support 
    change manageme
    nt and 
    user adoption.

Must Have: (8+ years)

  • ServiceNow implementation and configuration experience
    .
  • Multiple module deployments (
    Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Discovery
    ).
  • Expertise in 
    ITOM, integrations, automations
    , and 
    CSDM
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    ServiceNow best practices
     and
    ITIL frameworks.

Nice To Have

  • Agile/Scrum
     experience.
  • ServiceNow certifications (
    CSA, Implementation Specialist
    ).
  • ITIL Foundation
     or higher.
  • Ability to interact with 
    senior leadershi
    p and provide 
    technical guidance.
