Description
Our team is responsible for building and managing global, business-critical applications within Partner Enterprise & Retail Solutions space. Our solutions and services are leveraged across a wide spectrum of consumers, including Apple Service Providers, Carriers, Self-Servicing Customers, Repair Centers, Mac Depots, Resellers,Enterprise customers and all Apple Retail stores' Genius Bars. These applications are designed to deliver a world-class sales and service experience to our customers.In this role, you will employ innovative techniques, working collaboratively with cross-functional team members and business stakeholders during full lifecycle development process.
Serve as thePartner Enterprise & Retail Solutions domain champion, leading the design and architectural development of innovative solutions that enhance the end-to-end experience for customers across diverse channels.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years experience in business process definition, requirement definition, solution architecture
5 years business analysis experience working with large scale enterprise solutions
5 years experience in software development methodologies(including agile and traditional waterfall)
5 years experience in customer facing apps, UI mockup design,Java, SOA, J2EE, Object Oriented Programming and Oracle.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills.
Ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks.
Proficient at managing multiple global efforts simultaneously.
Engineering/ Technical background preferred.
Experience working with vendors and contractors.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5 years experience in working in a cross functional time-zone distributed team environment
