Methods Intern - Summer 2026

Information on the division:

Located in Longueuil, on the South Shore of Montreal, this plant is not only the centre par excellence of the largest players in the aerospace industry for landing gear repair and maintenance, but also the plant that is recognized for the manufacture of the famous legs of the Apollo 11 lunar module.

Main responsibilities:

• Design retaining fixtures and various tooling using CATIA software
• Update tooling drawings
• Update 3D assembly techniques
• Update operational sketches using CATIA software
• Participate in any other related tasks to support the Methods Department

The above-mentioned responsibilities will require collaboration with various stakeholders: Methods Technicians, Technical Specialists, and Production Floor Workers.

Our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technician, or Aircraft Manufacturing Technician.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Catia software and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Autonomy and initiative.
• Organizational skills.
• Knowledge of 3Dvia Composer software (preferred).
