About

We are looking for a hands-on Assembly Technician to build and assemble large grain trailers and various heavy-duty dump trailers. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with tools and equipment, and is committed to producing safe, reliable, and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble large grain trailers and dump trailers according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Fit, align, and secure components (frames, axles, hydraulics, electrical, hitches, doors, tarps, etc.).
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools (wrenches, impacts, drills, grinders, etc.) safely and effectively.
  • Perform basic fabrication tasks such as measuring, cutting, drilling, and fitting parts.
  • Inspect work during and after assembly to ensure accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
  • Identify and report defects, missing parts, or design/fit issues and help resolve them.
  • Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience in trailer, equipment, farm machinery, truck body, or similar mechanical assembly preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and instructions.
  • High attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right the first time.
  • Ability to lift, position, and move heavy parts (with assistance or equipment as required).
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
